Last day of September

Tomorrow will be the last day of September. Time passes so fast, i just remember shifting to new project (My work) early of the year and now it's gonna end. Not only that, some of you know that i involved in RCIA ( Rite of Christian Initiation of Adult ) and some of you might be wondering what the hell is that. Every year all Catholic church will have this program after Easter. This classes is actually for new comers to learn and understand the way of the catholic teaching. When the 1st time i attended the class i was like "Oh man..hopefully 1 year past fast" indeed without noticing it,  6 month has past and i have another 6 more month to go.. Looking forward for coming X'mas hopefully i'll have a good 1 and beside that it's gonna be our 5th anniversary together, I'll blog about it when the time comes.

Car relay cable came off

Last night, after i ended my shift around 8 pm. I was walking toward my car and trying to get back ASAP to fetch my gf and her friend for dinner. The moment i open the door the alarm is not sounding and i had this bad feeling. True enought i not able to start my car. Nothing wrong with the battery, and as usual is the cable from the relay (My current starter is not in good condition, another word not enough power.  So my mechanic have to add relay to it for extra power direct from the battery)

 Anyway back to the story. The cable is plug to 1 of the thing behind the engine and imagine 8 PM!!! it's so dark and i cant see a thing even i was using my phone and torch light. Then my colleague help me to push my car and quickly drove back and park at my place. Was so hungry called my best friend to pick us up and we headed to Murni and also Secret recipe for dinner. nice nice.... :)

This morning went to the mechanic and he fixed it in 5 min. Damn, shouldn't had wasted my time last night trying to be hero to fix it with cell phone light.

Oh by the way, you must be wondering my car alarm went off when i open the door. I actually lost my car alarm remote. I have 2 of those but 1 of them spoiled and i was using the last pair. So right now, i have to open my car door and let the alarm sound and insert my car key and press a button under my sterring wheele then only the alarm will turn off. I think i need to fix new alarm...

TMNet Streamyx Helpless Desk

I am going rant about Streamyx again for the God knows how the many-th times. It happened last Sunday, I was not at home and by the time I reached home, my house mate (ping) informed me that the internet is down and she could not connect at all. She also added that the issue has been reported to streamyx.


However after troubleshooting, they (the helpdesk agent) informed her that there is a problem with our modem and our port (internet port). That being said, the agent notified us that we would have to wait to have the problem rectified because all their agents are not available...it being Hari Raya and all….


As usual i don’t trust this people. So, I created new connection (PPPoE) using another account, and guess what??... I was able to go online. Still not satisfied, i tried to login to modem web base configuration page to connect and i got an error saying "Authentication Failed", this obviously showed that the problem is with our TMNet account. I called streamyx again and requested to have my password reset even that took so long...
Since it was already late, i couldn’t be bothered to wait any longer since I gave up and went to bed.


The next day, I got a call from a streamyx technician. He said he call my house mate and she was not home and he would like to check if I’m home so he can come over to have it fixed. I said I would not around until after 6... Then he suggested Saturday and I was like ok... Can you imagine if i really need to rely on them... I would not be having internet access for a WEEK! Then, it occurred to me, since streamyx is unable to provide a technician according to customer need, will they still be charging us for that 1 week... since is the problem lies with them, not the customer... I doubt it though... anyway...


On wednesday evening after work. I went back home and reconfigured the modem and router and... Wala!... my connection is up and running again.. I managed to troubleshoot and solved it myself... I called Streamyx again and told them to close this case since I have solved it my self.



Basically I’m not saying that streamyx service is bad. Compared to other wireless broadband and i staying in a condo, Streamyx is good, but the thing that is not good is the Streamyx helpdesk. It seems that the people working there lack of knowledge, the knowledge to troubleshoot customer issue. I'm saying this because i working in IT line and when my customer telling me what is their issue, i will get to the point and figure out whats wrong and not to bush around and giving customer wrong information.


If those agent (Streamyx helpdeks) unable to diagnose or troubleshoot properly why border having helpdesk? it more like helpless desk. Wasting our time calling and doin unnecessary things and troublehsooting.


I really hope Tm Net will look into this matter as this is not a small matter. This is SERIOUS!!

The month of August and September

Sitting in the office right now and feeling damn bored. Has anyone of you felt that you do not know what else to do with internet?? that is exactly how i felt now. Anyway... i can still keep my self busy with blogging :)

I been thinking of getting my own domain. Which cost me around RM 35 for a year and i think that is affordable. However i still thinking if i really need one. Hopefully the name that i want still available when i make up my mind:)

I have been watching a couple of movies and i can say that all the movie i watched are pretty awesome. Here is a list...

G.I Joe: Rise of Cobra
This movie is awesome, the story line, the fight, and of course the babes :p i bet most of you already watch it..


Aliens in the Attic
This is another great movie.. is kinda kiddy show but the movie is hilarious.

This is Pixar Animation movie, it's not bad but i would not say it is great, however i do have friend that think is a sad movie. Eventually she cried in the cinema... HAHAH.... here the link to her blog

Final Destination 4
What i can say about this movie... The director is BRILLIANT... I can't say that there is something special about this movie and make it greater then the previous 3 movies. However i think the idea how the connection and the way peoples die is great. Basically is still the same as the previous movie... People still die... just different way and different scene :)

Where Got Ghost
If you looking for something funny that you can laugh out loud... this is the show you should watch. from the intro (Singing) of the movie till the end of the credit is insanely funny...If you say is not funny then you don't understand what they talking about... But yea.. this is a great movie... Tumb's up for Jack neo again... All his movie is awesome.


So, those are the movie i had wathed for the past 2 month.

Last night i went to Euro Deli (Here the Site) and had dinner with my gf and my best friend. This is our first time there. However i'm sorry cause there is no pictures taken because i forgotten to bring my camera. But for sure the next visit i'll be taking a lot of pictures (depend on how much we can eat :p)

The food is Great... but is a bit pricey... end of the day i still think it worth the meal.We ordered

i think i do not need to tell you how much it cost for a dinner :p

those who's pork lover... this is the place you should go.. I not sure if there other place nicer then this. I'm happy to know if there some other place nicer then this place.. do let me know.

Carl's Jr Out of Burgers and also Complain form

Right now i can't sleep and is already 2 am. So i thinking of writing something since i didnt't blog nearly 2 months. So Basically a lot of things happen this 2 month.. but i not going to tell u guys everything :p

Anyway... i think the most unacceptable incident that was around last month i think.. we went to Mid Valley to watch "The taking of Pelham 123". After we bought our ticket and we still have around 40 min before the movie start. So we decided to eat at Carl's Jr since ages we didn't eat Carl's Jr.

So as we walk in and queuing up and there is these couple in front of us at the counter and turn to us and telling us that Carl's Jr is running out of burger... RUNNING OUT OF BURGER!!! can u believe that?? the only thing they have is fries and also drinks. I think they should just close down!

Just imagine you walk into starbuck and they run out of coffee... the only thing left is cakes... That is stupid..

So we just walk out and went to Sushi kings.

The funny thing is after 2 days we decided to go again and you know what this time?? They run out of Chicken Burgers!! is not that i don't eat beef is just concerning about other people especially to indian community. And beside running out of chicken burgers they also run out of complain form... i not sure if they hide the complain form or they really do have that much of complains. How do you intend to serve your customer better when the complain form also ran out?

1st of all, running a fast food business should NOT running out of stock... What is the use of Manager in those outlet? Are they sleeping?

2nd, even it is true that the main suppliers out of stock i think you guys should put up a notification out side of your store and save other people time to queue up and end of the day they did not get what they want... i think Carl's Jr need to overcome this problem so that you can compete with the others fast food restaurant's in Malaysia.


Anyway i going to sleep now and i hope those Carl's Jr people will see this post and make sure their service is better when i visit them again.

Most of you already know that there is 3 ways to update your blog.

1) Logging into Blogspot
2) Email Posting
3) Mobile Posting

I just try email posting a few min ago... and i think it's fun and easy.... you just have to set up the email.

* For those who already know then just skip reading :)

For those who's new to this.. Here are the steps..


Step 1

When you login to you blogspot, it will bring you to the dashboard. You should see something like this




Step 2

Once you click on the email icon, below windows will appear. Enter anything you want in the white blank spot. This will be the email you be using




Step 3

Once u click save at step 2, you are done! However there is a setting for email posting that you might wanna know. Follow the step in the picture below.


You actually can set it to publish right away or keep it in you draft posts. Cool huh??

However, i unable to try mobile posting due to cheap phone that i used :p

But if i have a chance i will blog about it :)
