Anyway... i think the most unacceptable incident that was around last month i think.. we went to Mid Valley to watch "The taking of Pelham 123". After we bought our ticket and we still have around 40 min before the movie start. So we decided to eat at Carl's Jr since ages we didn't eat Carl's Jr.
So as we walk in and queuing up and there is these couple in front of us at the counter and turn to us and telling us that Carl's Jr is running out of burger... RUNNING OUT OF BURGER!!! can u believe that?? the only thing they have is fries and also drinks. I think they should just close down!
Just imagine you walk into starbuck and they run out of coffee... the only thing left is cakes... That is stupid..
So we just walk out and went to Sushi kings.
The funny thing is after 2 days we decided to go again and you know what this time?? They run out of Chicken Burgers!! is not that i don't eat beef is just concerning about other people especially to indian community. And beside running out of chicken burgers they also run out of complain form... i not sure if they hide the complain form or they really do have that much of complains. How do you intend to serve your customer better when the complain form also ran out?
1st of all, running a fast food business should NOT running out of stock... What is the use of Manager in those outlet? Are they sleeping?
2nd, even it is true that the main suppliers out of stock i think you guys should put up a notification out side of your store and save other people time to queue up and end of the day they did not get what they want... i think Carl's Jr need to overcome this problem so that you can compete with the others fast food restaurant's in Malaysia.
Anyway i going to sleep now and i hope those Carl's Jr people will see this post and make sure their service is better when i visit them again.
